The Law of St-Petersburg determines forms of support for tourism development in St-Petersburg by state government bodies of St-Petersburg, and also the order of subject registration of St-Petersburg travel industry, being accomplished for revealing juridical and physical persons which perform activities in the field of travel industry in St-Petersburg which are in need of the city Administration support.

• Tourist recourses of St-Petersburg - are natural, historical, culture and social objects, which include objects of tourist show/demonstration, and also other objects placed/... on the territory of St-Petersburg, which are able to satisfy spiritual needs of tourists and to assist the recovery and development of their physical strength;
